Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Colorado
Based on observations at 700pm MDT, Friday April 19, 2024

Across Colorado...temperatures are near 71 degrees west, near 32 degrees central, and near 54 degrees east. Current sky conditions are fair west, snow central, and mostly cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 17%, and the dew point is near 25 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 92%, and the dew point is near 30 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 38%, and the dew point is near 29 degrees. Visibility is less than one mile central. Winds are from the northwest at 9 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 8 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to snow. The wind chill is near 25 degrees central. Winds are from the east at 17 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 71 degrees at GRAND JUNCTION. The lowest temperature is 28 degrees at WILKERSON PASS.

 DAY ONE  Today and tonight.

Light rain showers will continue across the higher terrain, with
light snow possible at elevations above 10000 feet. Lower elevations
will see warm, dry, and breezy conditions once again.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Saturday through Thursday.

Light mountain showers with a few rumbles of thunder will be possible
each afternoon through the middle of next week. Otherwise, a warming
trend will kick in, with highs by early next week running around 15
degrees above normal. Dry and breezy conditions persist.
