Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from -13 degrees from normal in the West to -6 degrees from normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 17 degrees in the West to 20 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from -7 degrees from normal in the West to -2 degrees from normal in the East.
