Temperatures for the period averaged 56 degrees across the state which was +8 degrees from normal. High temperatures averaged from 67 in the West to 68 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from +6 degrees from normal in the West to +10 degrees from normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 50 degrees in the West to 48 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from +10 degrees from normal in the West to +13 degrees from normal in the East.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 3.91 inches statewide which was + 1.21 inches from normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 5.63 inches, Central 4.52 inches, Bluegrass 3.59 inches and East 2.43 inches, which was + 2.68, + 1.69, + 1.14 and -0.13 inches respectively from normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 0.69 inches at Spindletop to a high of 8.73 inches at Princeton.
